Demonstration samples. The three roofing companies below are fictitious, created for this portfolio. None of them is a Plomada client. Muestras de demostración. Negocios ficticios creados para este portafolio.

They are here because they cover the three jobs that actually walk in the door: the owner who films everything himself, the company selling into an insurance market, and the roofer with three photos on his phone and nothing else. Sound is off by default.

Requena Roofing & Exteriors Garland · Spanish

Before and after. «Este techo tenía tres años.»

Kestrel Roofing Frisco · English

The problem. “This is what golf-ball hail does to a Frisco roof.”

Bracken Ridge Roofing Fort Worth · English

The problem. “Three shingles. That's all it takes.”

Requena Roofing & Exteriors Garland · Spanish

Brand spokesperson. «Soy Héctor. Llevo doce años cambiando techos en Garland.»

The person on camera speaks for the company. He is not presented as a customer and makes no claim about hiring anyone. With a real client, this format is filmed with the actual owner.

Kestrel Roofing Frisco · English

Premium. “It's the second biggest thing you'll buy for this house.”

Bracken Ridge Roofing Fort Worth · English

Before and after. “Same house. Six hours apart.”

Why these three

Three roofers, three different problems.

01 · GARLAND

He films everything

Sends job photos, goes on camera, sells in Spanish and English. The easy one. His ads get his own face and his own voice.

02 · FRISCO

He will not go on camera

Expensive suburb, insurance work, big tickets. No owner on screen, so the ads carry the job itself and the number.

03 · FORT WORTH

Three photos, no logo

The hard one, and the most common. Almost no material to start from. If the system works here it works anywhere.
